  • Minced beef and pork: 1 kg
  • Potatoes: 700 g
  • Bulb: 1 pc.
  • Egg: 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese: 100 g
  • Salt, pepper: on a pinch
  • Vegetable oil: for lubrication

Cooking instruction

  1. Chop the onion.

  2. Add a portion (about a third) to the minced meat, break the egg, put salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  4. Cut potatoes into small cubes.

  5. Put the remaining onion into the sliced ​​potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

  7. Put the resulting blanks on a baking sheet, slightly oiled, and fill with potatoes. Send to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
