There are many recipes, or rather fillings, which can be filled with meat blanks. This includes mushrooms, cabbage, potatoes, and other various vegetables. In the photo recipe will be told about the preparation of the most common in the circle of housewives meat nests with potatoes.
- Minced beef and pork: 1 kg
- Potatoes: 700 g
- Bulb: 1 pc.
- Egg: 1 pc.
- Hard cheese: 100 g
- Salt, pepper: on a pinch
- Vegetable oil: for lubrication
Chop the onion.
Add a portion (about a third) to the minced meat, break the egg, put salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
