  • 3 potatoes;

  • 2 eggs;

  • low-fat sour cream.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the breast, remove the skin from it, free from bones. Cut into medium cubes.
  2. Boil the potatoes and eggs. Peel, dice.
  3. Cut into cubes cucumber.
  4. Chop the greens finely.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and season with a spoon of sour cream.
