Pork liver must soak in milk. Cut the piece into several pieces and place in a bowl. Pour the milk in there and leave for 30 minutes. Then drain the milk and rinse the liver under running water. Then cut it so that it is convenient to lay it in the chopper bowl.
Beat the chicken egg in the bowl and add the yolks. Pour salt and chop the liver. Put it in a separate bowl.
Onion cut into 4 pieces and add to the bowl. Cut carrots into 4-5 pieces. Add greens. And chop the vegetables.
Pour the semolina in a bowl with liver and leave for 15 minutes.
